Here's how I plan to vote - and what I recommend:

A	Branch Library Bonds	Worth bringing up to code, but still more tax burden on San Franciscans
B	District Aide	The third assistant can make a huge difference for an active, involved Supervisor
C	Retirement Benefits	Cost is fairly small, and the city needs a competitive retirement system
D	Children's Fund	Children's Fund seems to be well run, and $3.5M more per year isn't outlandish
E	Retiree Health Benefits	City retirees already get more than we do in the private sector. Why is this fair?
F	JFK Drive Saturday Closure	A great idea on Sundays; even better all weekend. Make Golden Gate Park an even more fun place to visit!
G	JFK Drive: Don't Close Sat. until Garage is Built	What a terrible idea! People skate and bike in the park now. The garage may be delayed for years. Reject this one.
H	"Pass-Through" Costs for Renters	I'm a tenant, but I want decent housing stock. Remember the South Bronx: when landlords can't maintain their buildings, they abandon them!
I	Business Tax Revision	City Hall and the business community support it, and it sounds fair
J	City Contractor Contributions	Sounds fair
